Where Speed Meets Accuracy on the Warehouse Floor

Your warehouse is where promises turn into reality and orders become shipments. Delays can turn into customer complaints while efficiency directly impacts your bottom line. That is why the right warehouse management software and reliable picking and packing software are so critical to your success.

Seamless Integration and Workflow

2Ship integrates directly into the heartbeat of your facility through robust distribution software features like Order Queue processing, batch shipping, and real-time shipment visibility. Orders flow smoothly from import to dispatch without needing manual juggling between systems. This integration dramatically reduces bottlenecks during busy shipping windows and ensures your team stays ahead of the curve..

Optimized Picking and Packing

Effective warehouse picking software benefits from clear and filterable order queues. Teams can prioritize urgent shipments, group multiple orders going to the same destination, and label everything in batches. Our robust picking and packing software is designed to streamline these tasks effortlessly. Utilizing packing automation removes repeated manual steps and speeds up processing during peak times. We even utilize smart algorithms to help you optimize picking process efficiency by suggesting the perfect box size or sizes for every order.

Save the Hardware & Remove the Ship Stations

By packing each order with 2Ship, there is no need for expensive measuring and weighing hardware. There is no need for additional staff to be “shipping” and applying carrier labels to orders. The need for a Shipping Station in your warehouse is no longer… 2Ship knows the box/es used for each order, we know the weights and quantities of all the items in each box, we even know the weight of the empty box used to calculate the weight and size of each box packed for the order.

You’ve now stepped into a world where the carrier labels automatically print at your packing station for each box that has just been packed.

Documentation and Returns

2Ship also supports advanced packing tools for document handling. We automatically generate packing slips, shipping labels, Bills of Lading, customs documents and a whole bunch of other documents that may be required. Every label and shipment record is stored digitally and tied back to the order. That visibility makes training easier and auditing faster.

On top of that, our integrated ecommerce returns module feeds directly back into warehouse workflows. When returns arrive, they are visible, trackable, and easy to reintegrate into inventory so nothing gets lost on a random shelf.

Whether you run a single warehouse or multiple distribution centers, 2Ship’s warehouse tools help you optimize efficiency without adding new layers of complexity. The result is faster fulfillment of orders, fewer errors, and a warehouse team that can actually keep up with demand.

With 2Ship, you get to bring your own courier and carrier accounts (if you already have some)

OR

Choose to use 2Ship carriers and services with 2Ship preferred rates (if you don’t have any accounts already)

OR

Use a mix of your own carriers AND add others from 2Ship…

That takes care of all the shipping options you need to get all orders to your customers…

The Consolidation Process at 2Ship
  1. Order Collection: Orders are gathered from multiple sources, whether from an e-commerce platform, warehouse, or physical locations.
  2. Individual Packaging: Each order is individually packed and labeled with customer details and relevant tracking information.
  3. Grouping into a Master Shipment: Orders bound for similar destinations are grouped together into a larger “master” shipment, reducing the number of parcels sent separately.
  4. Documentation & Customs Preparation: Proper customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, customs declarations) is prepared for the entire master shipment, simplifying the clearance process.
  5. Shipping to Destination: The consolidated master shipment is sent via a chosen freight service, benefiting from bulk shipping rates.

Final Distribution: Once the master shipment reaches its destination, orders are separated and dispatched to individual customers or distribution centers.
