Orders In, Inventory Updated, Chaos Avoided

If you have ever juggled spreadsheets, phone calls, and half-manual processes to keep track of orders and stock, you know the pain. With 2Ship, implementing a robust order management system does not just mean shipping; it means gaining total control, clarity, and automation over your entire supply chain.

Centralize Your Command Center

At the heart of our platform is the 2Ship Order Queue. This powerful order management system lets you import orders however you prefer, whether manually via CSV and Excel, or automatically through FTP and API connections. Once your orders are in the queue, you have robust tools at your fingertips. You can filter by order number, project code, or recipient name to find exactly what you need.

Our system is designed to handle complex scenarios with ease. You can bulk update fields to save time or partially ship large orders if stock is split between locations. This flexibility makes it an ideal fulfillment software choice for businesses that need to adapt quickly to changing demands.

Smart Aggregation for Big Savings

One of the smartest ways to cut costs is through our aggregation feature. If you have multiple orders going to the same recipient on the same day, our system alerts you. Instead of shipping them separately and paying multiple base fees, you can group them into a single shipment.

The software even shows you the calculated savings by comparing the aggregated cost versus shipping separately. This feature is integrated directly into our advanced solutions and ensures you are always making the most cost-effective decision.

Real-Time Inventory Orchestration and Visibility

Shipping means nothing if you do not have the stock to back it up. 2Ship provides real time inventory tracking that ties directly to your shipping tools. This means no more over-selling products you do not have and far fewer manual entry errors when demand spikes.

Our inventory monitoring system works across multiple warehouses and fulfillment centers. It synchronizes stock levels instantly, ensuring that your sales channels (online stores, marketplaces, ERPs…) always reflects what is actually on the shelf. This is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Integrations for Every Business Type

Whether you are a retailer or running a complex production line, 2Ship adapts to your workflow. For those in industrial sectors, our platform functions effectively as inventory management software for manufacturing, allowing you to manage parts and finished goods seamlessly.

We support multiple order import methods and offer deep integrations with major platforms like NetSuite and Shopify. This allows you to create a smooth pipeline from order placement to the box being loaded onto the truck. When looking for a comprehensive order management system that bridges the gap between your ERP and your carrier, 2Ship delivers exactly what you need.

If you want your fulfillment to run like a well-oiled machine, 2Ship’s order and inventory management capabilities provide the rock-solid foundation you need to grow.

The Consolidation Process at 2Ship
  1. Order Collection: Orders are gathered from multiple sources, whether from an e-commerce platform, warehouse, or physical locations.
  2. Individual Packaging: Each order is individually packed and labeled with customer details and relevant tracking information.
  3. Grouping into a Master Shipment: Orders bound for similar destinations are grouped together into a larger “master” shipment, reducing the number of parcels sent separately.
  4. Documentation & Customs Preparation: Proper customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, customs declarations) is prepared for the entire master shipment, simplifying the clearance process.
  5. Shipping to Destination: The consolidated master shipment is sent via a chosen freight service, benefiting from bulk shipping rates.

Final Distribution: Once the master shipment reaches its destination, orders are separated and dispatched to individual customers or distribution centers.
