One Platform, Infinite Workflows

Not all logistics look the same. Yes, we offer a great solution for corporate mailrooms, warehouse distribution and small businesses. However, some companies have more complex needs, like those that run full third-party logistics operations. Others manage their own fleet. Some ship parcels, some ship pallets, and some ship both. Many juggle all of it at once… Some are couriers, others are carriers… and let’s not forget freight forwarders and resellers. That is exactly why 2Ship was built as a flexible logistics platform, not a one-lane shipping tool.

Advanced 3PL Control

For organizations running third party logistics software (3PL), 2Ship provides shared visibility and advanced control in a multi-carrier/multi-client shipping platform. Customer rates are centralized and fully customizable by client by carrier. Automation rules, store connections, inventory sync is all at a customer level. And obviously there’s real-time visibility, tracking and reporting across every account, customer and piece. It becomes easy to manage volume for multiple clients without sacrificing accuracy, speed, and freight margins.

Scalable Freight Forwarding

For freight forwarding software use cases, 2Ship takes it up a level. Each customer is setup as their own client and your customer facing solution puts your carriers, services and customer rates in your customers’ hands. Each customer gets their very own shipping solution for their own locations, users and administrators.

Branded Courier & Carrier Solutions

For couriers and carriers who no longer want to manage their own shipping solutions, 2Ship is your fully branded customer-facing solution too. Whether you service consumers, small businesses, large enterprises and everyone in-between… whether you want to invoice clients for freight or use e-wallets / credit cards for prepay… or both… 2Ship is the only customer facing solution you need to take care of all your clients and their shipping needs.

Centralized Fleet Management

Fleet management software workflows also benefit from centralized control. Whether you operate your own delivery vehicles, partner with local couriers, or use a hybrid model, 2Ship provides one customer-facing system for rating, labeling, tracking, and reporting

Omni-Channel & Retail Logistics

Omni-channel shipping and retail logistics solutions are another area where 2Ship shines. Orders can flow from ecommerce platforms, retail stores, marketplaces, and internal systems into a single picking, packing and shipping workflow which includes all locations of inventory. Orders route to the closest locations of inventory so you can offer same day pickup in-store and delivery options.

Simplified Complexity

No matter how complex your logistics model becomes, 2Ship keeps it unified, visible, and manageable inside one powerful platform.

You’re going to need a bunch of service options to get your orders to customers near and far.

OR

Choose to use 2Ship carriers and services with 2Ship preferred rates (if you don’t have any accounts already)

OR

Use a mix of your own carriers AND add others from 2Ship…

That takes care of all the shipping options you need to get all orders to your customers…

The Consolidation Process at 2Ship
  1. Order Collection: Orders are gathered from multiple sources, whether from an e-commerce platform, warehouse, or physical locations.
  2. Individual Packaging: Each order is individually packed and labeled with customer details and relevant tracking information.
  3. Grouping into a Master Shipment: Orders bound for similar destinations are grouped together into a larger “master” shipment, reducing the number of parcels sent separately.
  4. Documentation & Customs Preparation: Proper customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, customs declarations) is prepared for the entire master shipment, simplifying the clearance process.
  5. Shipping to Destination: The consolidated master shipment is sent via a chosen freight service, benefiting from bulk shipping rates.

Final Distribution: Once the master shipment reaches its destination, orders are separated and dispatched to individual customers or distribution centers.
