Quick update from the 2Ship team that’s going to make life a whole lot easier for our NZ Couriers users.
We’ve just rolled out a shiny new feature: Proof of Delivery (POD) photos and electronic signatures** are now stored and displayed right inside your 2Ship platform!
No more digging through carrier portals or chasing down separate emails. When a delivery gets signed for via NZ Couriers, you’ll see:
- The clear POD photo of the freight as it was dropped off
- The electronic signature captured on the spot
- All the key shipment details embedded right on the 2Ship POD copy itself – sender and recipient’s address, reference, exact delivery date/time, and the name of the person who signed for the item. Some other carriers also send 2Ship their own POD image as a pdf copy as well.
It’s all sitting neatly in your shipment history for super-quick reference. Talk about convenience! Whether you’re double-checking a delivery for a customer query or just keeping tabs on things, everything you need is one click away in 2Ship.
This is a big step toward making our platform even more modern and seamless. As other carriers roll out similar capabilities, we’ll keep adopting the latest tech to help you hit best-practice distribution without the hassle.
