Established in 1925, the company is a top-tier brand for kitchen fixtures worldwide. With branches in Europe, North America, and APAC, along with partners, BLANCO operates in about 100 countries, providing tailored products. Besides its HQ in Oberderdingen, Germany, it has production and logistics sites in southwest Germany, UK, Czech Republic, USA, Canada, Australia, and China.
Strategies Employed
Blanco collaborated with 2Ship, a SaaS-based logistics solution, to optimize their warehouse operations. Centralized parcel and pallet carriers in one user interface to make the best shipping decisions throughout the day. Also, through seamless integration with SAP, 2Ship facilitated real-time visibility to the right carrier’s service levels along with also providing centralized communication of shipment details to customers.
